  • 1. GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION At Shree Jagannath Incorporation, we are committed to delivering your orders in excellent condition and within the shortest possible time. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timelines, and related terms and conditions. 2. ORDER PROCESSING Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing complete details of your purchase. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that tracking numbers may take some time to become active in the courier system. 3. SHIPPING TIMELINES Standard Products: Orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2-7 working days for areas serviced by our courier partners. Custom/Made-to-Order Products: Due to their personalized nature, these items require 7-10 days for processing before shipping. Transit time will be additional based on your location. Special Products (Akhand Jyoti): These made-to-order items require 7-10 days for processing. Delivery is handled by our in-house logistics team through our depot network. Tracking information may not be available for these deliveries, but shipping confirmation will be provided via email. 4. DELIVERY PARTNERS We partner with reputed courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. For locations not serviced by our courier partners, we utilize India Post services (Book Post/Speed Post/Parcel Service), which may extend delivery time to 1-2 weeks depending on the destination. 5. SHIPPING CHARGES Shipping charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout and included in your final order total. 6. DELIVERY ADDRESS Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of order placement. Once an order is shipped or out for delivery, shipping addresses cannot be modified. In case of incorrect shipping information: - The package will be returned to our warehouse - Store credit or coupon code may be issued at our discretion - We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information 7. BUSINESS DAYS All timelines mentioned exclude Sundays and public holidays. Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday for order processing and dispatch. 8. TRACKING YOUR ORDER For most deliveries, tracking information will be provided via email. You can track your shipment using the AWB number provided. For deliveries handled by our in-house team, tracking may not be available, but we will keep you informed about the dispatch status. 9. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. Failed delivery attempts may result in the package being returned to our warehouse. 10.
