(iv) Customers must upload clear photos of all 10 coupons, ensuring that all coupon codes are visible and valid.

(v) Please provide accurate name, address, phone number, and email ID while submitting the form.

(vi) Duplicate, damaged, or unclear coupons will not be accepted under any circumstances.

(vii) Upon successful verification, a free jar of Bhabagrahi Agarbatti will be dispatched within 3–7 working days.

(viii) This offer is valid till stocks last or for a limited period, as determined by Shree Jagannath Incorporation.

(ix) The offer is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.
